Operational Readiness

Output losses may be the result of several factors including technology, design, engineering, process variations / issues, training, equipment etc. The purpose of Operational Readiness is to identify, highlight and reduce the occurrence and impact these factors can have on the output at the time of start-up or ramp-up.

We have developed a holistic approach to Operational Readiness, Our Operational Readiness evaluation framework is derived by combining  leading industry practices. Based on client’s specific project and needs we determine the OR elements that are appropriate to that project phase. This is further supported by a cross industry benchmark database incorporating our experience evaluating over 50 operations globally.

Asset Management

Our Approach to be “Best in Class” are achieved by a very rigorous and well-defined Asset Management Strategy which is achieved by following a well managed roadmap which consist of :

  • Situation Appraisal – Baseline current Asset Management practices and provide a gap analysis of current Asset Management practices compared to Industry best Asset Management Practices and Identify “Quick Wins” to accelerate Change Management and deliver results
  • Asset Management Strategy – Formulate an Asset Management strategy and provide a business case defining Targets, Roadmap, Resources required and Timeline
  • CMMS Process Improvement – Enhance CMMS business system for an efficient Work Management Process and a well-organized Planning and Scheduling system
  • Learning and Development – Train and Coach Maintenance Planners and Schedulers

Supply Chain Management

Our approach focuses on ensuring that the Supply Chain Function delivers the right part, at the right time, at the right location, for the right cost so the maintenance function can deliver the assets and availability to operations, so they can meet the business demands. This is achieved by mapping and optimizing related MRO business processes and technologies. Typical engagements with our clients include one or several of the following activities:

  • Review of the definition and implementation maturity of Supply Chain processes to include Procurement Management, Materials Management, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management
  • Support the related Supply Chain modules on ERP & Business Systems implementation from planning to go live and post live support
