Cornelis is a leader with expertise in project management, business planning and budgeting with over 25 years of experience working with top tier companies, including Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi and John Deere. Working as a technical support specialist, in mining, construction, agricultural and railroad M,O,W, equipment. Developing and delivering projects of broad strategic value.
James has over 45 years of experience in Manufacturing industries with responsibilities for Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Project Management and Contractor Management. He has led, managed and improved safety, uptime, financial budgeting and control using SAP, environmental compliance, inventory control, staff management and motivation, and asset life. His expertise in Asset management has made improvements in Manufacturing, Mining, Shipyards, and Municipal applications.
Mike is a competent and proven leader with expertise in maintenance management, project start-ups, training and coaching and business planning. With over 25 years’ experience working with top tier mining companies, Mike has supported the development and delivery of large-scale world-class mining projects. Mike is known for training and empowering maintenance personnel to enable them to continue to operate a world class operation.
